About this Website

This website is intended to be a place where you can both find and provide additional information as to what's happening in our Hidden Lake community.  I also want to:

• Provide a place for every Hidden Lake Association member to speak freely in a civilized manner about whatever is on your mind.
• Provide lists of qualified local services (and perhaps reviews of those services)
• Provide news and listings of events going on around Hidden Lake.
• Any other ideas that you come up with that can be done with reasonable efforts.

Together, all of us can make this website serve the needs of our community, and help make Hidden Lake the marvelous community we envision.

As most of you know, this is NOT the official website of the Hidden Lake Property Owners Association.  So as not to be influenced by, nor to have any perception that it is being influenced by any other directives, this website is being completly paid for and managed by me.  I am not receiving any compensation for my costs or time to manage this site. This is my way to contribute to improving our Hidden Lake experience.

Bad manners and poor etiquette will be tolerated.  So here are some ground rules:

1) You must identify yourself & your lot # (will be verified)
 
2) Please make your comments pertinent to the posting.
 
3) You must remain civilized

I will be the moderator for all the forums, unless otherwise noted in the site.  Any help will be appreciated, but I still have the last word.

I will decide, based on the above criteria, if and when comments and messages get posted.  If I choose not to allow a comment or message, I will notify you privately as to my reasons. 

Most of you who have met me can attest to the fact that I am straight to the point, and a bit of a contrarian. Be assured that I will always speak to the point and say what I mean.  I respect your opinions and your ability to express them in the same concise, straight forward manner.
